ZH Team hold Body Control Pilates & Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) qualifications

Our instructors will get to know you and your abilities. So we can tailor the classes specifically to your level.
If you have had recent surgery, or any health conditions including past or present injuries that need addressing, we advise you to book a one2one session. This includes Pre&Post Natal.

  • Gentle

    This 50 minute class is suitable for those who’ve been inactive, recovering from injury, managing long term pain and conditions or simply preferring to exercise at this level. Participants develop true core strength better posture, balance and movement.

    You will feel stronger and more flexible. If you are a beginner this class will ensure you a comfortable introduction to the practise with personlised attention.

  • All-Level

    Designed for everyone, this 50 minute class suits a wide range of abilities and will complement many sports and physical activities. You will also develop your deep core strength and spinal stability, enhancing your balance, posture and movement control to build good foundations meaning you will feel stretched and strengthened. 

    Beginners can confidently book into this class, while we use modifications and guidances to suit your individual need.

  • Intermediate

    Elevate your practise with our 50 minute intermediate pilates class. A challenging class for those with pilates experience and who has mastered the basics. This class focuses on refining your technique, enhancing your strength & increasing your flexibility.

    You will deepen your understanding of pilates principles and achieve a stronger, more balanced body. Perfect for those looking to push their limits and achieve greater fitness goals.
