What’s different about ZH Pilates
Classes are always adapted to suit the Individuals in the class.
Classes are small and your teacher will get know you and your abilities so they can tailor the classes and the exercises for each individual and group.

Getting Started
If you have an injury or condition that needs to be addressed before attending group classes, we strongly advise that you book a One 2 One.
If you have had prior experience in Group Pilates classes – either Mat or Reformer – then we are happy for you to jump into any one of our classes.
We are very inclusive studio. Our clients range from 14 – 90 years old, both men and women, and from the injured to the extremely fit.

It is cheaper to buy a block of classes.
Pre-book to avoid disappointment.
We have a 10 hour cancellation window. As we are a small studio, please try to cancel ASAP.
